TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Purpose

These terms aim to clarify the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DEVJK (hereinafter "Company") and the user regarding the use of the COSMO DODGE game service (hereinafter "Service").

2. Effect and Amendment

1. These terms become effective upon posting within the service or otherwise notifying the user.
2. The Company may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws if deemed necessary.

3. Service Provision and Modification

The Company provides a missile evasion survival game service to users, and may change or suspend all or part of the provided services depending on operational or technical needs.

4. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the service:

Exploiting bugs or manipulating records in an abnormal way
Overloading or interfering with the Company's related facilities
Other illegal or unfair acts

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for providing the service in cases where it cannot be provided due to natural disasters, war, or similar force majeure events.

Addendum: These terms come into effect on March 11, 2026.
